helpful receptionist convenient room comfortable room glass door toilet position room privacy
the receptionist helped me locate a conveniently situated room. the room was warm and comfortable with good amenities.
my room, the brown room, had a bathroom with only a glass door. i could clearly see through it. the toilet was positioned directly in front of the door, so this was quite visible from the bed.

The room was excellent. It was comfortable with many extras such as a digital radio and a nespresso machine. i appreciated the handwritten note on the desk. the location is convenient, near the town center but still quiet.
the television did not connect to the antenna, so i could only access a few channels.

this hotel offers a lavish lounge area. there is a secure entrance to the hotel. decor is in keeping with the boutique style, it provides a clean, comfortable, and stylish environment to enjoy .

staff members are friendly and helpful. the breakfast service was well managed. a lovely lady in reception helped me with bags to the room (there are no lifts).

Fantastic Stay, Wonderful Experience
quality bedding efficient staff tasty food
The staff members were wonderful and very efficient. The king-sized bed had lovely quality bedding and pillows. The restaurant offers super quality tasty food, presented well and fairly priced. I found it a smashing experience in fabulous surroundings. I will return!!!
Unfortunately, my room seemed noisy. I could hear music playing and a lot of sounds from other rooms. It looked understaffed at breakfast, impacting service speed.

minor issues impacted stay
semi-transparent glass strange design
the room felt quite warm i think it was room 3. a fan was provided but it did little to cool the space. the toilet door had a semi-transparent glass panel this lacked privacy it was a strange design. using the toilet meant someone had to leave the room.

glass door dusty bathroom
I regret to say our room, Brown room, was a letdown. The bathroom only had a glass door. Despite the privacy claim, you could easily see through it. The toilet was directly facing the door, and the bed faced it too. I did not see any cleaner during our two nights stay. The room remained untouched. There was dust on the bathroom towel rail, and the hallway carpet seemed worn and needed replacing.

charming stay!
clean room friendly staff
The location was great, a short walk to the town centre. my room was nice and clean, a very pleasant surprise. the staff were helpful and friendly.
i found the pillows to be too soft, i did not get enough support! also, i noticed there was poor ventilation in the bedroom. the room became very hot and noisy.
